Example	Free Consultation	Home inventories are important for a number of reasons and each individual home owner has specific needs. A representative from Estate Data will spend the necessary amount of time with you to discuss your needs and how we can best document the contents of your home to fit your requirements.
Example	Itemization of Properties	When doing a home inventory it is important to look at all tangible properties from the perspective of location and category. Proof of ownership is the primary reason for doing an inventory; showing content and context are the criteria. We photograph the contents of your home room by room, item by item. Each inventoried asset is assigned an individual identifier with cross references to its location, value, category, size, and any other relevant information. A separate, spread sheet ‘report’ is created for each item, listing all known data associated with an item.
Example	360 degree virtual photos	In order to establish content and context, we are able to photograph individual rooms in a 360 degree format. Using a computer and mouse, one can then view the entire aspect of a room. The benefits of a VR (virtual reality photo) are primarily to see, in surround vision, what a full room looks like, where items are and to establish ‘proof of ownership’ within the context of your personal residence, place of business or other dwelling.
Example	Personalized Portfolio	All of the information photographed and documented by Estate Data is preserved in a personalized printed portfolio. Included in this hard copy are full color copies of every object and reports in the form of an Excel Document that lists items with all known information.
Example	Digitized Information	In addition to the personalized portfolio, Estate Data preserves all information in digitized format: CD, DVD or on a personal website. A completed home inventory may also include scanned copies of other important documents such as Insurance Policies, Passports, Credit Cards, Wills, Birth Certificates, etc. It is suggested that a digitized copy be made and given to all of a client’s fiduciaries: attorneys, estate planners, financial consultants, insurance agents, heirs, executors, etc. A personal website is maintained on a secure server by Estate Data and is accessible only to the client and his permits by secure password. Once an inventory is completed Estate Data will preserve historical data in a secure backup file.* Home inventories can be updated and amended as needed.
